PNF Approach at Puno Wellness Center
 Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is the advanced stretching method we use in our one-on-one sessions and specific group stretches. Our trainers will guide you into position and ask you to contract certain muscles, holding the contraction for a few moments. This technique is highly effective in enhancing your range of motion and maximizing the benefits of your stretching routine.

Dynamic & Static Stretching
Static Stretching involves holding a stretch for a set period, while Dynamic Stretching incorporates movement into the stretch. At Puno Wellness Center, we combine both methods in all our group and one-on-one stretching sessions to ensure you get the most out of your workout.

How it works:

Gentle Stretch: We begin with a gentle stretch of the targeted muscle, held for 30-60 seconds.
Muscle Contraction: The muscle is gently contracted for 6 seconds.
Deep Stretch: After a brief relaxation, the muscle is stretched even further.
This process is repeated 3 or 4 times for optimal benefits.
